Information Technology Project Management Program Emphasis

NETWORKING AND SYSTEMS SECURITY (NSS)

This course delves with the complex but interesting world of networking infrastructure. Students are first familiarized with networking basics and they move on to understand wide area networks, local area networks, Internet and Intranet systems and system security issues. Students pursuing this Emphasis will learn about advanced systems administration, network infrastructure and services, directory services and infrastructure, messaging infrastructure management, IP communication systems and routing and switching systems.

IT PROJECT MANAGEMENT (ITPM)

This program prepares students to use projects as an essential means for implementing and achieving the strategic goals of the organization. Students pursuing this Emphasis will be trained to understand legal issues in information technology, enterprise resource management, advanced database management system, and information systems project management.
