Terms and policies

TEXTBOOKS:

Online textbook orders will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days.
We offer as many USED textbooks as we can and will supplement orders, when needed, with NEW textbooks. If used are not available, the University Bookstore will automatically substitute new books. This will cause your order total to change without notice. If you desire no substitutions, please indicate "NO SUBSTITUTIONS" while you call us to order your textbook

To insure prompt delivery double check your address and be sure to include your apartment number if applicable. Street addresses only--NO PO Boxes. Incomplete or inaccurate address will delay your order.

TEXTBOOK REFUND DEADLINES:

One business day following the add/drop date for each semester or term.
New textbooks that have been marked in or not in the original shrink-wrap will only be refunded 75% of the purchase price
NO refunds on study aides or supplies
Books must be returned in the condition they were sold
With a receipt, defective textbooks can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase
Please include a copy of your packing slip with all returned merchandise.

Credit card purchases will be credited back to the original card.

Student Credit Voucher will be credited back to your student account.

Materials must be in original condition. A damaged, spoiled or marked book will be evaluated and either refunded at a used price or considered not returnable. The University Bookstore reserves the right to access the condition of all materials.
